She started this practice because the patients she wanted to help most, pregnant women and active adults, were not getting the kind of care she knew was possible.
My Story
Dr. Lisel grew up in San Diego, played Division 1 sports through college, and spent most of her life believing that aches and pains were just the cost of being active. Then she experienced chiropractic care, not the kind that cracks your back and rushes you out, but the kind that listens to your nervous system and works with your body to come back into balance.
That changed everything.
She went on to become a Doctor of Chiropractic, earned her Webster certification to specialize in pregnancy and pediatric care, and built her practice around two simple beliefs: your body was created to heal, and the people who care for you should treat you like a whole person, not a list of symptoms.

Outside the Office
Dr. Lisel is a new mom to baby boy Maverick. She is getting to experience all of the things she used to talk about with patients during her own pregnancy and homebirth. Dr. Lisel is happily living out her dream with family Greg, Nicoletta & Maverick. Dr. Lisel is also the cohost of The Group SD Coastal events and podcast.
