What to Expect at Your First Visit
No surprises. No pressure. Just a clear plan to help you feel better. Your first visit lasts about 30 to 45 minutes and includes everything you need to start feeling better, fast. From third-trimester back pain to a running injury that keeps flaring, we help active adults feel like themselves again.
Credentials & Training
A Dynamic Examination
We look at how your body actually moves, not just how it sits on a table. Posture, range of motion, gait analysis, neurological screening, and any orthopedic tests relevant to what brought you in.
A Comprehensive Consultation
We talk. About what hurts, when it started, what you have tried, your health history, your goals. This is the conversation most chiropractors skip. We do not.
Your First Chiropractic Adjustment
You will not leave wondering when you will get adjusted. We do it on day one if it is appropriate for what your body is showing us.
A Personalized Care Plan
Before you leave, you will know exactly what your body needs, how often you should be coming in, what changes we expect, and roughly how long it will take.
What to Wear
Wear something you can move in. Athleisure, leggings, joggers, comfortable workout clothes are all great. Avoid stiff jeans or layers that restrict your spine.
How to Prepare
There is no fasting, no prep, no paperwork frenzy. We send your intake forms over digitally before your appointment so you can finish them at home in five minutes. Bring a water bottle, an open mind, and any imaging or records you want us to see.
After Your Visit
Most patients feel different right away. Lighter, looser, calmer, sometimes a little tired in a good way as the nervous system shifts. We send you home with simple movement homework and a clear timeline for what is next. And if you are expecting, our prenatal chiropractic care is gentle and pregnancy-safe at every stage. Bringing the whole family? We also offer gentle chiropractic care for your kids, from babies to teens.
