Chiropractor for Runners in
Solana Beach
Whether you log your miles on the 101 along the coast or chase a Boston Qualifier, you deserve care that understands what your body is actually asking for.
What Runners Need From a Chiropractor
Runners get specific patterns of overuse. The same hip drops, the same calf restrictions, the same low back compensations show up over and over. The chiropractor you want is one who has seen these patterns hundreds of times and knows the difference between a quick fix and a real solution.
Dr. Lisel and Dr. Jordan work with runners across every distance, from new joggers to ultra runners. She treats the most common runner issues (IT band, plantar fasciitis, runner's knee, shin splints, hip flexor tightness, low back pain) and the less common ones too.
The goal is not just to keep you running. It is to make you a more durable, more efficient, less injury-prone runner.

What a Runner Visit Looks Like
Bring your running shoes. We do a gait screen, a movement assessment, and a careful intake of your training load. Many runner issues come from training spikes, footwear mismatches, or compensation from an old injury, not from running itself.
From there we adjust the joints that are stuck, release the soft tissue that is overworking, and give you homework that actually fits your training week.
For active runner injuries: 1 to 2 visits per week for 2 to 4 weeks.
For maintenance and prevention: every 2 to 4 weeks.
Who This Is For

Half-marathon and marathon trainees
Trail runners
Ultra runners
Triathletes (running leg)
