Chiropractor for CrossFit Athletes in Solana Beach

CrossFit will demand more from your body than almost any other sport. We are here to make sure it does not break what makes you good at it.

What CrossFit Athletes Need

CrossFit hits every joint, every plane of motion, and every energy system. That is what makes it powerful. It also means small movement faults at heavy load become big problems fast.

Dr. Lisel and Dr. Jordan work with CrossFit athletes across every level, from new members to competitive Open athletes. She knows the patterns: the right hip that always feels locked on overhead squats, the low back that flares on heavy deadlifts, the shoulder that catches on kipping work, the wrist that aches after a heavy clean session.

Smart chiropractic care is one of the best tools a CrossFit athlete can have in their rotation.

What a CrossFit Visit Looks Like

We start with a movement screen built around your sport: squat, hinge, overhead position, scap movement, and any specific lifts giving you trouble. From there we adjust the joints that are stuck, release the soft tissue that is overworking, and rebuild any patterns that are not firing correctly.

Most CrossFit athletes do well with one to two visits per week for 2 to 4 weeks of focused work, then a maintenance visit every 2 to 4 weeks.
